Ad Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Classification: Non-Exempt / Hourly
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordinating engaging sales marketing campaigns for both print and digital platforms, ensuring effective communication of promotional offers and driving store traffic. They collaborate with various teams, manage timelines, and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and maximize sales impact.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate all advertising sales flyer-related activities.
- Collaborate closely with all Team Members to gather necessary information and assets, ensure they are delivered to the appropriate publication, printers in a timely manner.
- Support Marketing Team in meeting project deadlines and building brand image.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive advertising calendar, ensuring all print and digital ad flyer campaigns are appropriately scheduled, with clear timelines.
- Responsible for thorough reviews of ad proofs, accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to publication guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with publications and printers to ensure timely submission of ad materials, problem resolution, discrepancies, and ad placements.
- Post and link ad flyer content digitally, bringing omnichannel experience for website visitors
- Continuous evaluation and streamline internal processes to increase efficiency and productivity in Marketing workflows.
- Completes special projects directed by the Director of Marketing. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
- EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and organization skills. Positive attitude with a passion for collaborating with Team Members that want to grow.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS:
- Valid Driver License and flexibility to travel within assigned areas including air travel and over-night travel.
