Change Password

If you don’t know your password:

Password resets can be done by calling the JWCC Help Desk or visiting the Help Desk in-person. You can also perform online password resets on your own.

To perform an online password reset, you:

  • Must know your JWCC email address
  • Must have previously configured multi-factor authentication (e.g. with a phone)
  • Must follow our password strength requirements

If you do know your password and want to change it:

You can change your password using the form below.

Your password must follow the given requirements. Because your password must be a minimum of 16 characters, we recommend you use a passphrase. Example: Cardboard gave me a paper cut.

Password Strength Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 characters in length.
  • Must have characters from at least three of the four categories:
    • Uppercase letters (A through Z)
    • Lowercase letters (a through z)
    • Numbers (0 through 9)
    • Symbols (for example, !, $, #, %)
  • Spaces are allowed and will count towards the length requirement.
  • Must not be one of your last ten passwords.
  • Must not contain part of your real name or login username.
It may take up to 10 minutes for your new password to sync with all of our services. Contact the Help Desk if you need assistance.
