Basic Cooking Boot Camp

Grades 6-8  Welcome to Cooking Boot Camp! This course is for teens new to cooking who want to learn the basics. Students will learn knife skills, read recipes, and prepare dishes. We will also talk about career opportunities in the culinary field. (Course not recommended for students with food allergies.)  CRN: 17755
