Charcuterie Crudites Board

$25This interactive hands-on workshop walks you step by step on how to style a charcuterie vegetable board while learning proper food handling techniques, food safety tips, flavor profiling, and the history and origin of Charcuterie itself. Please bring an 8-inch chef’s knife, small paring knife, and vegetable peeler. Students are responsible for purchasing their own ingredients before the first class. A supply list will be provided at time of registration or upon request.
