Cognitive Re-Patterning

Releasing emotional trauma can have powerful long-term health enhancing results. The emerging science of epigenetics reveals
the chemistry of how, why, and where emotions affect the body. In this 5-part class, Deborah will lead students through several
pattern-breaking techniques designed to help scramble and release unwanted emotions, allowing the body to experience better
health. Students will also learn about Flower Essences and prepare personalized water-infused formulas to take home and use daily
to support the re-patterning further. The class is designed for ages 15 through senior citizens.
