12th Annual JWCC Student Exhibition
John Wood Community College’s 12th annual Student Exhibition will be featured in the College’s Heath Center Art Gallery from April 22nd through May 17th. A reception and award ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 9th, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
This show will feature numerous pieces of artwork submitted by JWCC students, which will be available for purchase in a silent auction format. A substantial amount of the proceeds from the sale of works are provided to students to jump-start their art and design careers. The College does retain a portion of each sale to enhance the arts education program at JWCC through the Foundation Office. The Heath Center Art Gallery is located on the lower level of the Paul Heath Fine Arts Center, JWCC Quincy Campus, 48th & Harrison and is open during regular college hours which are Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
