This position is responsible for performing annual administrative reviews of employee benefit and personal trust client accounts to ensure administrative policies and procedures are consistently and uniformly applied.
o Completion of all reviews on a timely basis.
o Manage review process to ensure completion and compliance of policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory statutes.
o Effectively manage review issues with proper tracking and follow-up ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and managed appropriately
o Raise awareness of ongoing documentation standards within the various divisions.
o Identify risk issues and work with TI-Trust divisions in developing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
o Conduct vendor risk management for corporate and client account related vendors.
o Assist in developing the policies and procedures for TI-Trust divisions
o Assist in monitoring regulatory landscape relative to client account administration.
o Exposure to financial services industry.
o Specific experience is not required.
o B.S. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other related field.
o Must be detail oriented and organized along with very good oral and written communication skills.
o Must be experienced in using Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to learn other computer applications.
o Must be assertive, goal oriented, and able to multi-task.
o Ability to interpret technical/legal documents.
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
