TI-Trust, Inc.

This position is responsible for performing annual administrative reviews of employee benefit and personal trust client accounts to ensure administrative policies and procedures are consistently and uniformly applied.


o Completion of all reviews on a timely basis.
o Manage review process to ensure completion and compliance of policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory statutes.
o Effectively manage review issues with proper tracking and follow-up ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and managed appropriately
o Raise awareness of ongoing documentation standards within the various divisions.
o Identify risk issues and work with TI-Trust divisions in developing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
o Conduct vendor risk management for corporate and client account related vendors.
o Assist in developing the policies and procedures for TI-Trust divisions
o Assist in monitoring regulatory landscape relative to client account administration.

Exposure to financial services industry.
Specific experience is not required.
B.S. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other related field.
Other Requirements:
Must be detail oriented and organized along with very good oral and written communication skills.
Must be experienced in using Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to learn other computer applications.
Must be assertive, goal oriented, and able to multi-task.
Ability to interpret technical/legal documents.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

This position offers a 40 hour work week with flexible hours and no nights or weekends.
