Job Description


Hourly Rate of Pay: Negotiable based on experience. Company pays 100% medical for employee and family.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Essential Functions
*Confer with the business customer by telephone to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit contracts.
*Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on the business customers financial situations.
*Advise of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
*Document the business customer file and follow up as necessary.
*Notify management of any disputed amounts and/or difficulties with the business customer.

Minimum Required Qualifications
*High School Diploma or Equivalent.
*Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
*Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures such as office procedures, managing files and records.
*Must be proficient with MS Office.
*Type 40 wpm minimum.
*Attention to detail is required.
*Above average verbal and written communication skills.
