TI-Trust, Inc., located in Quincy, Illinois is an Illinois trust company specializing in personal trust services and employee benefit plans managing over 17 billion dollars in assets. This position is involved in assisting TI-Trust’s Employee Benefits business unit with support to trust administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learning and using the trust administration system for retirement plan services.
• Provide essential operational support to Account Administrators and Trust Officers, such as duties concerning loan payments, new account opening process, proxy tabulations, etc.
• Utilize and update vendor and client information in system.
• Assist in preparing documents for electronic signature to clients and vendors
• Assist in scheduling meetings for various teams within the department
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:

• Experience in finance, accounting, insurance, or similar industry/role preferred, but not required;

Other Requirements:

• Must be detail oriented and organized along with very good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be experienced in using Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to learn other computer applications.
• Must be assertive, goal oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Ability to read and analyze reports.
