Work hours for the Customer Service Specialist are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Essential Job Functions for the Customer Service Specialist Include:
*Business to business customer service.
*Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
*Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
*Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
*Prepare itemized invoices and resolve customers’ service or billing complaints.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Customer Service Specialist Include:
*Associates Degree preferred, but not required.
*Customer service oriented.
*Above average communication skills.
*Must be detailed oriented, mathematically inclined and able to work independently.
*Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
*Familiarity of MS Outlook a plus.
