Titan International Inc.’s Continuous Improvement Department is looking for a continuous improvement intern for the summer of 2024 to will gather and compile data from multiple systems and create and distribute various KPI’s throughout the organization.  Will assist with process improvement projects through problem solving, mapping, and time management studies to improve operational efficiencies.

Wage: $18.00 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS

• Majoring in Business, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
• Must understand core business processes and procedures.
• Continually look for opportunities to enhance profits through cost reduction and process improvements.
• Strong data analysis and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence and persuade with ingenuity and integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent Excel skills.
• Detail oriented, self-directed, organized, and efficient in time management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
