Our organization is looking for a full-time, day shift nurse (LPN or RN) to work in our Supportive Living Facility. The ideal candidate is an energetic and caring individual who will enjoy working with seniors and who will be able to focus on quality of life. The Nurse plays a crucial role in residents’ daily lives, and their responsibilities include providing basic nursing services, education, care planning and staff supervision.
Hours: Full-Time days with on-call rotation. Nurse will coordinate care and services in our Memory Care Units -Hancock County Senior Services
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between physicians, family members, and other caregivers.
- Treat patients as if they were your own family.
- Assess patients for exacerbation of chronic conditions.
- Help patients with medication setup and management.
- Help residents recover after illnesses or accidents.
- Participate in facility on-call rotation.
