Job Description

TI-Trust, Inc., located in Quincy, Illinois is an Illinois trust company specializing in personal trust services and employee benefit plans managing over 10 billion dollars in assets. TI-Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Farm Services Group Associate. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize and maintain Farm Services Group records, ensuring proper documentation is logged in TI-Trust’s permanent record system.
• Assist Farm Services Group in account administration, including drafting correspondence, memoranda, report compilation, and other Farm Services Group documents.
• Other tasks as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• Exposure to financial services, appraisal services, or farm management industries a plus, but not required.

Education:

• High School Diploma
• College Degree Preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must be detail oriented and organized along with very good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be experienced in using Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to learn other computer applications.
• Must be assertive, goal oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Ability to interpret technical/legal documents.
