JWCC is Open and Maximizing Face-to-Face Instruction for the Fall 2020

JWCC is open and maximizing face-to-face instruction while adhering to social distancing guidelines to assure student success and in a safe learning environment.

Students are highly encouraged to register now for the fall semester.  Classes start August 17.  Students can register in-person, by a virtual meeting or phone.

In accordance with Governor Pritzker’s Restore Illinois Phase 4 and JWCC’s Phase 2 Renormalization Plan, effective Monday, June 29, All JWCC facilities, including regional centers, are open to the public for appointments, College sponsored events and activities, and College business, following the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) safety guidelines.

JWCC offers flexible and safe learning options:

In-Person:  Face-to-Face instruction

Hybrid:  In-Person instruction one day a week combined with virtual instruction

Flexible:  Some In-Person classes with virtual instruction

Online:  All instruction online

Whether a college student, or possibly an adult that might have been displaced or left unemployed due to the pandemic and is looking for new career training – JWCC’s affordable, safe and familiar environments are more valuable than ever.
