Students will receive one schedule/bill each semester.
Additional bills may be picked up at the business office, Room C118.
Students can also view their account summary and class schedules through the JWCC Student SOLAR System by going to BlazerNet and clicking on the SOLAR Quick Link.
Bills are sent to the student’s current address on file with Enrollment Services. The college will not send tuition bills to anyone except the student. The college is not responsible for making payment arrangements with parents, guardians or other third parties.
It is the student’s responsibility to give their bill to the responsible party so that payment is received at the business office by the designated due dates.
** The student is responsible for any changes in his/her courses or fees. Dropping classes, restructuring classes and non-attendance can impact your financial aid. Please consult with the Financial Aid department before adding or dropping classes after the start of the semester.
JWCC is committed to protecting each student’s financial information. We do not solicit, nor will we accept credit card information by email. Students who want to pay by credit card should log into their JWCC SOLAR account to make a secure payment. Others wishing to make payments should call our business office at 217.641.4211.
