JWCC is committed to protecting each student's financial information. As such, we do not solicit, nor will we accept credit card information by email. Students who want to pay by credit card should log into their JWCC SOLAR account to make a secure payment. Others wishing to make payments should call our business office at 217.641.4275.


John Wood Community College is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, and is recognized by the Illinois Community College Board and the Illinois Board of Higher Education. In addition, individual programs are accredited by associated professional organizations. JWCC is also a member of the American Association of Community Colleges and numerous other local, state, and national organizations which assist JWCC in meeting its educational goals.
